Sorry to hear that mate.. I am still scratching my head if I want to go for OMS.. Recovery is big issue for me. I do lack of a sleep on the regular basis and I do have some extra activities.. I am definitely thinking I will swap back to Op I/A in the coming weeks. I am struggling to get the calories and sleep to recover from even the minimal mass sessions I am doing.
