Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were long days. I still wanted to get work in yesterday, so I just kept it simple.

Had a few pulls and a press or two left in the tank. Pull-ups are progressing but probably closer to a max effort than I would like.

405 was solid, smooth and quick. 225 went up easy. The last pull-up was tough.

Snatches felt pretty good. My short range target is to work up to 100 total in 5 min. After that 120-130 for a max effort.
The run was tough but not all out. Happy to be sub 10 min. No need to be much faster, just to be able to hold that pace a bit longer.

sub 10 1.5mile at your age with your lifts is pretty awesome. when i grow up i want to be like you!

Decline Sit-ups 25 x 20, 20

Deload workout. I liked this and will stick with this for a while. Squats were narrow stance, high bar and hams to calfs using a Manta. These work my quads with almost no lower back stress.

My schedule for a little screwed up, no big deal.

I’m going to keep my pull (315, 365) and bench (185, 205) loads consistent for a bit. I’m also going to alternate with squats, OHP and chins. Conditioning sessions will be BW movement or KB stuff along with runs.
