Thursday 3/7
E, 90 minute jog

The last half mile or so I kicked the speed up a notch and my heart rate/breathing stayed the same, which was very encouraging.

Friday 3/8
Off

Saturday 3/9
SE, 3x50

No E session today so I could focus on getting through the SE work. I made it and only had two sets I had to out the barbell down in the middle (front squats on circuits 2 and 3, oof). Extremely happy with the progress I've made on SE during BB.

Really leaning toward running Fighter Bangkok after BB, but we will see.

Sunday 3/10
E, 75 minute jog

Really felt a hangover from the SE work on Saturday. Or it was just a lousy day.

Monday 3/11
E, 75 minute jog

Tank is feeling pretty empty. Tomorrow is a recovery day (had to move the schedule around because of work) and I'm probably going to take a day off.

One of the things I've learned with running TB is never feel guilty of taking extra rest days if needed ;)

I have this (bad) habit of thinking in terms of "I"m missing out on my progress!" by taking easy days and rest days. You'd think that by this age I'd have learned better. But you'd be wrong.

I know. I felt the same. But I realized at some point that I am actually making progress when I am recovering. Another trick was realizing that only good training session is one that you want to do.. And you can harm yourself if you pushing it by forcimg yourself to train... Basically, being smart about days off is magic trick :)
