Why does it have to be all or nothing? Why not DL once a week for 1 to 3 work sets? Read the DL options chapter if you're not sure what I'm referring to.

Great idea, had never though of that. Looks like you can make one pretty cheaply.

Or you can use two barbells side by side. You have to do extra work to keep them from spinning though
