Wednesday 4/3
HIC #1

Very rough session; I'd like to think it's because of these horrible allergies (I was wheezing from the first step, basically, and I'm coughing up phlegm in the mornings, ugh). I was going to do #3, but just before I started up I realized I wasn't wearing my watch. And honestly, this went bad enough, 3 would have been a disaster.

Today's the last day of BB and I'm looking forward to a few days off. Trying to figure out what the continuation plan will be.

Took three days off (Friday to Sunday) and started up continuation yesterday. I'm doing Operator Black Professional; lifts will be back squat, standing ohp, and pull-ups. I also plan on doing kb swings when I get home from lifting, although that didn't happen yesterday as the doms were already setting in as I finished the squats. Using very conservative 1RMs after BB.

Wednesday 4/10
MS
Squat 275 5x5
OHP 165 5x5
PU 5x5

Not doing back squats for 8 weeks has left my legs extremely sore in the inside and back as I get back into it (that's always been a problem for me specifically on back squats, don't know why). Even my first set of warm-ups with the empty bar in my usual stance yesterday caused sharp pain. I had to do the squats with my feet together. On the plus side, after this round of BB, I can do back squats at this weight and set/rep range while (basically) holding my breath and not be breathing hard afterward.
