I decided to test some lifts and was reasonably happy overall. I am currently on nightshift and my bodyweight is 76kg.
I have been mostly focusing on improving my easy running over the past couple months.
I failed my last set of back squat and bench press. The squat was due to tightness and the bench I lost the correct bar path.
The deadlift was pretty easy, but I was fatigued after failing the other two lifts.
Now to decide whether to do TB Mass or Operator in the coming weeks.

I decided to go with mass for a couple of weeks. I am looking to put a bit of size back on.
The back squats felt great and so did the benchpress. I did start to feel the last 2 reps of the bench in the final set.
I originally planned on doing 4 rounds for my S cluster, but the volume got to me. I ended up having a spew. I am used to 3x5 and have just had nearly 2 weeks off.
Tomorrow will be 30 mins LSS and hopefully flow rolling at a bjj open mat.

Day 2 of grey man. I subbed in 1 Arm KB OHP due to my current garages low ceiling. I will be moving soon and able to do more barbell overhead work. I only did 3 sets of deadlifts. I usually work my deadlift in low reps and was feeling my back blowing up a bit too much.
I am still adjusting to the volume and kept my supplementary lifts on the lower side. I am still adjusting to sets above 5. I will keep the same weights for my next run through of mass until I can hit all sets required.
