20190423:
TB Fighter - 75%. Clean and press 3 work sets. Squats 3 work sets. Pull-ups (5 reps). Pinch grip farmer's walks. Biceps still a bit sore from the half - felt it a bit on the pull-ups and squats, but I also had it worked on yesterday so we'll see if anything changes. TGUs tonight.

3 mile hill run, 35:33 with almost 400ft of elevation gain. Plank circuit and ROMWOD in the evening.

20190427:
10 to 1 descending ladder of 45# sandbag man makers and 35# ruck eight count bodybuilders, with 10 ruck step ups per leg after each set. Total 55 man makers, 55 eight count bodybuilders, 380 step ups. Time 59:52. Good Lord, what did I do to myself...

20190429:
Supposed to be a Fighter 80% day but the gym wasn't happening this morning. No worries, I just switched my SE and Fighter day todays. Improvise, adapt, overcome.

3 rounds of the following, 10 reps each, 60 sec rest between each set/circuit. 45# sandbag and 35# ruck. Total time 24:27.
**Sandbag Man Makers
**Sandbag Pendlay Rows
**Ruck Push-Ups
**Ruck Forward Lunges (per leg)
**Four Count Flutterkicks with Ruck Overhead

Short and heavy ruck. 45# sandbag and 35# ruck, no drops, 1.43 miles in 30 minutes. Some abdominal work and stretching tonight.
