TB Fighter - 80%. Clean and press, back squats, pull-ups (5/5 - met rep goal of 10), pinch grip farmer’s walks (25# bumpers), TGUs later on.

Missed a run yesterday due to life so might fit one in tonight or turn tomorrow’s ruck into a run-ruck combo. We are taking the boys to the zoo so I’m probably going to carry my ruck with me.

EDIT: Rucked over 3 miles with 35# during the zoo visit.

Note to self - when planning your training, make sure you write the right date down when you are preparing for an event. I was a week early.

Running late but one of the reasons why I like the TB strength templates. I warmed up, knocked out my clean and presses (75%), my back squats (75%), and my pull-ups (8/7 - met rep goal of 15) with a quick pinch grip hold of 35# bumper plates and was done in 30 minutes. In the evening, knocked out 60 easy one arm swings with the 16kg.

Wise words....
It ain't what you don’t know that gets you into trouble.
It's what you know for sure that just ain’t so.

TB Fighter - 75%. Pull ups 6/4/5. TGUs tonight.

I also rucked up and took the family on a 2.5 mile walk to grab a few items from the grocery store. Nice way to sneak in some extra miles.

GORUCK challenge workout. 1 mile ruck, did the following PT, and then finished with a 2 mile ruck. All exercises with 35# ruck. Fun little workout, just enough to blow the stink off and get some light work in.

1 minute air squats. 2 minute high plank hold. 4 push ups. 8 deadlifts. 16 thrusters. 32 swings. 64 lunges. 128 flutterkicks.
