Same... double overhand until 'had' to switch to Mixed Grip.

I belong in the "lift what my body is capable of, without aids" camp...... I am not training for a P/L meet..... I'm training to be strong enough in life.... no need to use aids just to make some 'stroke the ego' numbers on my lifts.

On the road to 500 D/L, but no interest in belts, straps, Stir it up music [indeed my personal favourite for max strength is the man of steel soundtrack....not much in the way of rocking, amping up in that album I can tell you ;) ]
