So I just went through this log and checked my rest days between blocks. It's been Operator --> 2 days off --> BB --> 3 days off --> Operator. And I don't miss days except for unavoidable stuff with work or illness. Yeah, I'm due for a few days.

I've (sort of) started my summer vacation. And I've decided I'm going to run the same Operator program I was running last block (I've added a little weight to the lifts) but with extra Es and HICs added in, as time and energy allow. I'm going to use the minimum # of sets, at least for now.

It's Central Florida, so it's humid, but right now it's too dry to give us that daily afternoon rain that keeps the temp somewhat sane. So it's the worst of everything.
