Thanks guys. It took longer than it is intended to, I'm sure, but I blame my weight rather than my lack of overall fitness. I'd never done this one before but I feel like I need to make it a regular. And my upper back is very sore today, which I didn't even think was really possible at this point in my lifting career.

E, 30 minutes on the stationary bike
The hill sprints felt hard but the weights felt easy. I'll probably add some weight on my squats and maybe pull-ups for the next cycle.
