So I started this new cycle a couple of days ago and then got a stomach bug. I've been out of commission for a couple of days. Hope to get back at it soon.

UPDATE: I was able to get in a workout today and I feel good.

BP - 7,7,6 @ 67.2 kg
SQ - 7,7,6 @ 91 kg#
WCU - 7,7,6 @ 66.7 kg

Didn't workout for a couple of days as my oldest son and I took some father-son time. Today's workout was:

OHP - 7,7,6 @ 45 kg
Barbell row - 7,7,6 @ 62.5 kg
KB swings - 80, 30 @ 18 kg
Plank - 1:50 with 5kg plate on back, Shank - 1:50

Jump rope / burpee workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 to 1 burpees / 60 jumps in between
Start over at the beginning if time remains.
I got in 95 burpees.

Yesterday
Jump rope / burpee workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 to 1 burpees / 70 jumps in between
Start over at the beginning if time remains.
I got in 95 burpees.

Today
DL - 6,6,5 @ 107.5 kg
OHP - 6,6,5 @ 47.5 kg
Barbell row - 6,6,5 @ 67.5 kg
Plank - 2:o0 with 5kg plate on back, Shank - 2:00

I got in 90 burpees.

Today - I would normally do a fun run with OHP, rows, and KB swings, but I'm traveling and this is what I could do.
DB shoulder press - 6,6,5 @ 18 kg
DB row - 6,6,5 @ 24kg
KB swings - 90, 10 @ 18 kg
2:10 plank with 5kg plate on back; 2:10 shank

I'm traveling and am out of sorts. I'll be back to a regular schedule in a couple of days.

Yesterday - Rest day. Traveling

Today
OHP - 4,4,3 @ 53.2 kg
Barbell row - 4,4,3 @ 75 kg
DL - 4,4,3 @ 121 kg

I sprinted 4 days ago and then again 2 days ago. This was the first time that I have sprinted in months after dealing with knee bursitis, and I am feeling it in my knee again a bit. For some reason E runs, burpees, and jump ropes don't bother it, but sprinting does. I'll likely turn off the sprinting again until I'm feeling 100% and then I'll add ONE sprint a week and see how it feels.
