So I started this new cycle a couple of days ago and then got a stomach bug. I've been out of commission for a couple of days. Hope to get back at it soon.
UPDATE: I was able to get in a workout today and I feel good.

Didn't workout for a couple of days as my oldest son and I took some father-son time. Today's workout was:

Today - I would normally do a fun run with OHP, rows, and KB swings, but I'm traveling and this is what I could do.
DB shoulder press - 6,6,5 @ 18 kg

2:10 plank with 5kg plate on back; 2:10 shank

I sprinted 4 days ago and then again 2 days ago. This was the first time that I have sprinted in months after dealing with knee bursitis, and I am feeling it in my knee again a bit. For some reason E runs, burpees, and jump ropes don't bother it, but sprinting does. I'll likely turn off the sprinting again until I'm feeling 100% and then I'll add ONE sprint a week and see how it feels.
