The cycle is done. I can't say I am very happy with it. It knocked me out toward the end. I can blame my diet, life situation, and the fact that I had to cut 2 last blocks short.. The weights feels OK overall, but no gas in the tank for the moment.. It does happen to me once in a while. Well...

I am traveling for 1.5-2 weeks and I am taking this as a break. I do take 2-3 weeks off once in a year anyways. I am planning to jump into the BB once I am back that should go till the end of the summer. Another travel in September following by some of the variations of OP I/A. I am thinking to give a try to OP I/A from TB2. Another option is Fighter Bangkok.

To be continued..

Some testing of SE moves that I might be using for coming BB.

*Back to training. Didn't I miss that?
**Customized BB is started. I am using minimalist cluster with following KB recommendation for SE PU. ECBB will be progressing slowly. I am thinking +5/week or so.
***I am planning to use 9 days week.
****Running mostly for LSS unless it is running. And it will be..
