Thanks!! It was brutal...i’m now following the Russian Bear template (by Pavel Tsatsouline) with Sumo Deadlift and Barbell Press(plus some Weighted Chin Ups with low volume and heavy weight in order to keep my strength)...i’ll come back to Operator in a month more or lessgodjira1 wrote:25 sets of DL = beast!
