Saturday 8/3
90 minute jog

Still felt like crap at the beginning but after a few miles I 'ran it out' and felt okay. Also, I had really forgotten about the chaffing with regular running.

At the start of the summer I tightened up my diet. And then at the start of BB I dropped some protein intake (from 4 scoops of protein powder a day to 2, and dropped a little meat from my breakfast) but added some bread to lunch and dinner. I'm pretty happy with how my torso has slimmed/shrunk the last few weeks.

Woke up feeling like I needed a mental break from the track running. Now, between the pain in my traps and the new blister forming on my foot, I really wish I'd just sucked it up and run.

Blister on my foot from yesterday is pretty bad, so adaptations.
