Real happy witht the results of this cycle. Strength definately increased and DL form improved.

Still feeling very beat up

Sq 3x5x125kg, felt like I couldn't finish sets 4&5 so I didn't even try
Bench 4x5x90kg
WPU +20kg 5/5/4 Had to cut it short, kids woke up before finishing training


Tue - Hic
Still feeling beat up and was short on time

Standard Hills 2 reps


Wed - Strength

Sq 5x5x125kg
Bench 5x5x90kg
WPU +20kg 5/3/4 Kids up before finishing training again

Found out why I was feeling weak, sore, short of breath, not well rested, ... I was getting sick like the rest of the family.
So I skipped training yesterday and felt better today.

My son (1.5 years) was with me during most of the training, good motivation and had fun. Did mis the last rep on bench because I heard him running around and didn't want to hit him with the weigths.

Missing reps on WPU because I've added the bodyweigth I've lost

Bench 2x3x100, tweaked my right shoulder during the first set. Went for a second set then decided it would be smarter to skip the other sets. Hopefully it's better by monday.
