90 minute jog
Still felt like crap at the beginning but after a few miles I 'ran it out' and felt okay. Also, I had really forgotten about the chaffing with regular running.
At the start of the summer I tightened up my diet. And then at the start of BB I dropped some protein intake (from 4 scoops of protein powder a day to 2, and dropped a little meat from my breakfast) but added some bread to lunch and dinner. Ate a cheat meal last night and I've felt like crap ever since. Not like sick, just overstuffed and bloated. And I really felt like I was gonna toss it up doing the SE workout today. The last several weeks I've told myself I'm going to quit doing cheat meals or just turn it into a "pick up a sub and some chips on the way home" thing. Now I'm posting it here in public to make myself stick to that, because I do not want to feel like this next week.
