Yesterday - Rest day

Today
BP - 5,5,5 @ 75 kg
SQ - 5,5,5 @ 102.2 kg
WCU - 5,5,5 @ 74.7 kg
Plank and shank - 2:40 each. Plank with 5kg plate on back.

Jump rope / burpee workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 to 1 burpees / 110 jumps in between
Start over at the beginning if time remains.
I got in 82 burpees.

Barbell row - 5,5,5 @ 70 kg
DL - 5,5,5 @ 113.2 kg

60 minute Fun Run / Fobbit Interval stopping every six minutes to perform these sets in this order for a total of 9 exercises interspersed throughout the session:

DB OHP - 5,5,5 @ 20 kg
KB Swings - 60, 50 reps @ 18kg
DB row - 5,5 @ 20 kg
Farmer's walk with 20 kg dumbbells - 2 rounds @ 400 feet

Barbell row - 2,2,2 @ 79.4 kg
DL - I failed to even budge the bar off of the ground today at a weight that I have done before. I think that it's just a result of cumulative fatigue. I'm in my last week after four Op I/A cycles and am then taking 3 days off before testing. I'll probably test at this weight and see how it goes.
