Half guard passing sequence from lock down

First day back on the mats after moving and recovering from a rib injury. I have changed to a new gym recommended to me by my previous instructor.
It felt great to be back on the mats and I will enjoy mixing bjj back into my training more.
I haven't been the greatest at logging here whilst I go outside of TB.I have been training 3-4 days a week and just needed a switch up for a while. I'll try and stay on top of it and plan to do an aerobic session this arvo.

First day back on the mats after moving and recovering from a rib injury. I have changed to a new gym recommended to me by my previous instructor.
It felt great to be back on the mats and I will enjoy mixing bjj back into my training more.
