Interesting drill from Pat Flynn:
1 x turkish get up + 8 snatch
1 x turkish get up + 5 snatch
1 x turkish get up + 3 snatch
Note:
Perform the snatches at the top of the get up -- so halfway through the exercise. Then, switch sides and repeat. Get 2 - 3 rounds.
