Sq warmed up but had consistent knee pain so skipped the work sets

Since this is my last week of strength training before taking vacation and starting BB I tried some PR's.

Mon

Tue - HIC

GC 3

Wed - Strength
DL 160kg 1/1 back DOMS from back extensions interfered
Inverted rows 15 / 10reps wanted to make sure I can finish enough reps to incorporate into my BW SE cluster
Dips 9/6 same as rows
