That day off really hit the spot. I also feel like rucking every week is improving my physical and mental toughness.

Felt very light. I am using the same weights as the last 3 week block but maybe I should have added a little.
Thanks Grouchy. I am liking that running Fighter instead of Operator lets me run and ruck weekly--I feel like they give me different benefits.
