Continued to work on A/B game.
Finished off with shark tank style rolling to points starting from A game guard.

Worked on mount escapes, trap and roll and elbow/knee.
4x5 rounds rolling
Adding yesterday’s training in today as life has been hectic. I will also try and get some strength in today to finish my first week of OP I/A before work.

TB Op I/A Max Strength
Warmup
Various set 1L RDL,Cossack squat and ring dips
Back squat 2x5 85kg
Benchpress 3x5 60kg
My 5 month old decided to throw my partners glasses on the ground breaking them. She is completely blind without them and requires a very high prescription so training had to stop to deal with life. No deadlifts today, but I might add them in next session to catch up as well as pull-ups.
No time for receivers work or conditioning as I have work today. Bjj tomorrow is hopefully on the cards.

Yoga for bjj 10 min hip focused
Taking a recovery day today as I tweaked my shoulder. The plan is to make it into bjj tomorrow if the shoulder permits. I am basically treating Op I/A like a more flexible version of fighter right now. I will do some Operator on Sunday if the shoulder is alright which will get me into two MS sessions this week.

Taking a recovery day today as I tweaked my shoulder. The plan is to make it into bjj tomorrow if the shoulder permits. Bjj no gi evening
Worked on underhooks and escaping side.
10 min rolling pass,sweep and submit. Starting from bottom side control
I am having a bit of trouble getting in my TB sessions at the moment. I have had to focus on bjj whilst on N/S.
I will do another run through with the same weights due to having so many days off between sessions.
