Finished off my rerun of week 11 and felt good. Bit of time working on my BP form to ensure it’s as good as it can be and I’m not holding myself back when I retest at the end of next week.

Final week of this block.
BP and SQ feeling really good. Weight feels comfortable and managing it well. PU still doesn’t feel good. Struggling to reach requirement today but hey consistency is key.

I’ve just finished my first block (12 weeks plus 1 week of endurance stuff) and these are my gains:
Bench press: 67kg to 76kg
Back squat: 100kg to 116kg
Pull-ups: 7 to 9
Pretty happy with that progress in a short time. A lot is ‘beginner gains’ but it’s interesting to see how being consistent leads to that amount of improvement.

In my third week of a new block. Feel like I’m working closer to my max than I was on the last block but feeling good as well.
Today is a heavy week so focusing on managing the week and keeping a good technique.
