Either got a little sickness or a ton of allergies. Either way, yuck.
Also, the thigh chafing from the E sessions has gotten completely out of hand. Gonna have to start treating it and will likely replace the ruck tomorrow with something with less movement.

there is a simple thing I used to do for long rucks back in the military. I would wear quasi-cycling tights instead of normal underwear and voila, no more thigh chaffing.

Thanks for the suggestion Godzilla. I was wearing compression shorts / pro shorts, which I would have thought would be enough. But I was wrong! Using liberal amounts of lotion right now. Hope it's okay by Sunday.
