Monday 11/25
Squat 315 5x5
OHP 155 5x5
PUs 5x5

I was curious about how much rest I was taking between sets so I timed it. Whole workout took 32 minutes, including warmups for squats. And I just got home and I dont feel like I've worked out at all. This program's crazy.

Well for squats it was about 2 minutes, then it got a bit shorter. But I was basically going when I felt ready and then checking the results.
