Good drill from PF:
Perform each round with no rest between exercises; 2 - 3 minutes rest between rounds.
8 x double clean
5 x double press
3 x front squat
2 x push up
8 x front squat
5 x double clean
3 x push up
2 x press

Men 2 x 20 - 28kg; women 2 x 12 - 20kg.

Father hills
Run up to ~ 1.5 min hill holding my 3.5 y.o. twins in somewhat front squat position.
All three of use walk back down.
