Yesterday - 60 minute E run

Today
OHP - 4x5 @ 44.4kg

Yesterday - Unplanned rest day

Today
Jump rope / burpee workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 to 1 burpees / 110 jumps in between
Start over at the beginning if time remains.
I got in 65 burpees with push-ups.

OHP is (and always has been) my weakest lift - and not just in terms of numbers but in terms of progress. I struggled today on the third set. Everything else felt really good.
