It's been some time since I've last done this. I wasn't expecting a good time since I haven't been consistant with my E lately and the 600m resets still feel brutal but ran it in 25min so that's a PR and a goal met

Woke up yesterday with a stomach bug, so didn't train. I'm better today but not 100% so no training today either.
