Haven't updated here in a while but have still been following TB. It just felt redundant to keep a personal log notebook and update the one here. But... Finished reading Mass Protocol and the OMS part of it feels just like K.B wrote this while reading my mind. Rotating MT and OP will probably be my standard for 2019. Another great tool for the toolbox! Thanks!

Time to pick this back up. As I looked back into my recent training I saw that, while I was doing the workouts from TB books, I wasn't following the principles, which could explain why I'm not in as good of shape as this time last year. So decided to do a hard reset by going back to the beginning and start training not working out. So I re-read the books and it's quite amazing how much I had forgotten. That means starting again with base building and then going into Fighter + black. Keeping this updated once again as then maybe I get called out if I stray away again.
