It's been some time since I've last done this. I wasn't expecting a good time since I haven't been consistant with my E lately and the 600m resets still feel brutal but ran it in 25min :) so that's a PR and a goal met

I'd wish I could say it was easy, but it sucked every step

Woke up yesterday with a stomach bug, so didn't train. I'm better today but not 100% so no training today either.

Maybe back tomorrow but definitely on friday

Sick kids + work = no time for E this weekend. So resting up saterday and sunday.
