No chance to run today due to work. I’ll catch up another day depending on whether I make it in for some bjj tomorrow night.
As a side note, I don’t really rate simple and sinister for basebuilding on its own. Last time I did it with the fighter pullup program and preferred it much more. I’ll add in some pull-ups where I am able and stick with the plan, but I think I won’t use it again in the future.
