Monday 2/10

Spent day walking across various airports and cities. About 10 miles all in with 20# bag

Tuesday 2/11

Hotel Room push-up workout
Bench Dips - 50 | 40 | 30 | 20 | 10 (150)
Diamond - 20 | 25 | 20 | 8 | 12 (85)
Regular- 30 | 40 | 25 | 12 | 23 (130)
Incline - 31 | 25 | 20 | 13 | 16 (105)

Total - 470

Hit a wall in the 4th circuit. A BIG wall. Was keeping rest to :60 or less. Bench Dips were only set reps, the others were max. A bit of SE and hypertrophy, I respond well to high volume calisthenics like this.

Working on my SE and just moving as much as possible while recovering from surgery. Should be able to get back to 100% this weekend per Doctor.

Wednesday Feb 12

Spent day walking around for work which included a ~20-25# backpack. Ended up for the day walking 6.4 miles

Thursday Feb 13

Did another day of walking 5.3 miles with same weighted backpack. Also did a GoWod for upper mobility.

Friday Feb 14

10 round circuit of max pull-ups and pushups, took about 20 minutes to complete.

65 pullups
409 pushups

Sunday February 16

Went for a run based on feel. Did 3.65 miles in 30:00.

Monday February 17

Basebuilding Week 1 Day 1

Decided it might be a good idea to run another basebuilding block. Had about 12 days off of training and just through some self-evaluation, am not near where I want to be E wise. Game plan is to run this and then a few blocks of Fighter before marathon training.

Starting Weight: 182.6 (don't have any weight based goals, just to maintain)
RHR: 55 (taken with Apple Watch upon waking up)

SE Block:

One Arm Push Press @ 30#
DB Lunges 30#'s
One Arm Row @ 30#
Decline Pushups Bodyweight
One Hand DB Swing @ 30#

Today was 3x20 - with a few minutes of warmup and cool down stretching it took me ~39:00 all in.

45:00 Fun Run. Have a pond near house that’s about .4 around. Every lap switched between Pullups and dips.

Ran out of time so couldn’t start 3rd round. Will just complete on Thursday instead.
