Skate

Around an hour and a half.

Note: ledge work mainly. Will split time between the ledge and bowl a bit more to keep it more body friendly.
Rest of the week should look something like:
Tomorrow: something like a GPP plus grip
Day 4: strength
Day 5: possible bloody lungs 2
Day 6: skate
