E - 34 min running, easypace.
I ran with my GF, and she had enough when we got to the car after 34 min, otherwise I could have continued.
But nice tondo something together

Called the doctor today abot my throat. The last three weeks it has felt like I have a hand squeezing over the throat, and pain under my chin. Going to the pharmacy now to pick up the drugs she prewceibed, ne was told to not train for a week. Happy easter!

Re: Pr3inar’s Log
Thank you very much! The last two weeks have sucked. Two weeks of constsntly feeling like I’m at the wrong end of a rear naked choke. It has started to loosen up a bit, so I tried to ease i to training again.OneOfManyRobs wrote:Hope you feel better soon!

Stupid. Felt the pain shoot out from the left trap, across the throat and then the squeeze around the whole neck the rest of the day... It was the right hand overhead press that provoked it.

Felt bether much sooner than I have the lat weeks, so took a light jog with my GF, 30 min. Focuses on not getting tense in the traps. It felt good to run again. And didn’t feel anything later that day or the next day. Success!

Ditched the KB press today just to see if it got better, worse or no change without it.

1B: pushups x 2-4-6-8
4 rounds.
To get some resistance I had some variaton on the pushups. 2 = archer pushups, 4 x prone bw tricep extention, 6 = diamond pushups, 8 x divebomber pushups. I tried to do some hindu pushups instead of the divebombers (push back the same way), but that seemed to irritate the neck. Seems like it’s something with the traps and OHP..
Finished off with 3 sets of swings, and some band resisted standing Y-raises. Now I can just wait until tomorrow and see if this was a good idea.
Re: Pr3inar’s Log
I have felt it just a little bit in the neck/throat after yesterdays work out, so today I went all in.
21/04-20 - HIC, Short hills
8 x 40 steps/11-15 sec full speed sprint
I live next to a 800 m long, steep hill. Jogged to the bottom, sprinted 40 steps full speed, 30-45 sek rest, continue up the hill. Felt good, but it didn’t take many rounds before it became hard to recover between speints
