Romwod and mobility work

Note: adding in the mobility sessions on easy week has been working really well to keep fresh/er throughout the week. Chillling out with bbq and a fire has also been beneficial :D

Note: Romwod, meditation, mag bath, mobility work. Looking forward to kicking off the next block. Can’t remember I did a week straight off without doing anything besides mobility among other recovery bits and pieces. Feel pretty good for it. Last day tomorrow then back into it.
