Did a 30 minute E session last night on the track. The run felt pretty good considering my lack of aerobic capacity but still posed a challenge. I also had to stop and power walk or so a couple times due to that lovely "heavy legs" feeling. I also think I felt some shin splits start to kick in. Time to stretch more. Overall, my body is slowly getting use to these LSS sessions and it feels good when I am done. It also helps me sleep 100x better.

I decided for a more permanent program to start and that is the LEO program in TB2. Looking forward to start that on a consistent level coming up. Thank you for everyone's help. Looking forward to be updating this log more.

Went and did some jiu jitsu tonight. Did some foot locks and then did three 6 minute rounds. Fun and easy class.

Monday October 10th:

20 minute LSS. 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the treadmill. After running outside on a track, I would much rather run on that than the treadmill. Damn torture device. Got another LSS tomorrow. I am going to try and get creative and do a triple to mix things up.

Something I do:

3 pieces of kit, 5 mins on each, into 4, 3, 2 and 1 min.......gives an easy 45 mins of easy cardio, without the boredom.

If you only had 2, then that's an easy 30 mins..... with no boredom.

Just an idea you may find of interest.
