October 11
20 minute LSS or Triple
5 minutes step up, 10 minutes heavy bag strikes and 5 minutes on bike. That felt good.

20 min LSS run on an indoor track. Had to stop and walk a few times but I'm slowly improving.

Good man, that's what it's all about...... A phrase I have picked up over the years and share with my clients is 'Relentlessly moving forward'..... even if it's baby steps, you are still improving.nickgoldma wrote: Had to stop and walk a few times but I'm slowly improving.
Have a great one

Sunday, October 16 - Week 2 Day 1
SE-3x20
Overhead press at 55lbs (lowered the weight due to higher reps)
Push Ups
Goblet Squats #25
TRX Rows- Great alternative
Supermans
Crunches
Definitely more challenging with the higher reps. Adapt and overcome. Feeling good.
