Pr3inar’s Log
Re: Pr3inar’s Log
Went to my favorite hill, it’s dead straight, around 100 m ling, and so steep I get lactic acid in my calves just from walking it fast. Unfortunately the middle part was still covered in snow and ice, and it’s overgrown with dense bush on each side.. so another Short hill session today.
24/04-20 - Short hills
12 x hill sprints, full speed. The walk down serves as rest. The sprints was 30 steps, or 15/15 steps, long
Y-raise with bands when I got home.
My glutes and hamstrings got so pumped from the sprints that I walked home looking like a raped goose..

4/5-20 - SE
1: KB c&p: 1-2-3-4 x 24 kg x 4 rounds
2: Pullups: 12+(5x3 reps), 15 deep breath breaks between each 3 rep
Some pushups and upper back work
5/5-20 - HIC
Ran 3 km in the woods, fast.
8/5-20 - SE
9/5-20 - E
8 km jog in the woods, 59:11 min. There still was some snow and mud, so got wet on my feet, which in turn led to blisters. Still, after 8 km easy running, my lungs felt great, it was only my calves and feet that was tired.
The thightness in my chest and throat comes back when I do overhead presses. For strength I will have to experiment a bit with exercises. I think I will continue using black, and try to look at some bodyweight strength workouts. Will go back and read through Ross’ Never gymless and Tthe TB chapter on bodyweight training again..

It is. Nr 3 or 4 from II i think. Also mentioned in NG. Love these workouts: quick and easy, but hard.Barkadion wrote:Looks like one of Ross E. drills..Pr3inar wrote:12/5-20 HIC, minute drills
