I can’t say I have actually, but I am definitely going to have a read through now!
Thank you very much for that.

Have you used many sessions out of it?
No, that is my new discovery. I think i will be trying some of it with my next block.
True. And a good discovery at that. Thanks again for passing that on!

Rest Day

Mobility work, meditation.

Note: tried to get a skate session in, the weather decided otherwise. Did get some table tennis in though.

Front Squat
75kg 3x5

OHP
50kg 3x5

WPU
10kg 3x5

OA KB Swings
32kg 3x10 p/s 1x5 p/s

PM

Kneeling Rollouts
1x10

Ramp Rollouts
4th notch 2x5 2x3

Note: New block. Front squat in, back squat out. Swings back in a la Ageless Athlete periodisation with the caveat that the second day may be replaced with a DL or just left out when the next second session is due if needed (should I be bound up from skating and conditioning, work etc). Was beaming with energy the last few days, and everything felt good today.
The FSQ position actually looked better than ever and moved very well.
The way I see it, less predominant load on the hips will be good for saving energy for the swings.
Skate tomorrow weather pending, great start to the weekend.

Skate
A couple of hours

Note: was a very chilled session, actually didn’t skate that much while out, just took it easy to basically ease back into it after the time off due to the rona. Still fun though. Conditioning tomorrow, thinking of something like an Airbike version of boo 2.
