This block is done. I am taking few days off and will be starting new one with OP I/A ABA scheme from TB2. Just want to do some more unilateral moves. I want to get around unilateral RDL which is a challenge in terms of a balance. Will give that a try.

I just had a look through your log/recent block. The unilateral work seems like it’s working well.
And I liked the indoor anaerobic capacity session, I was looking to do something similar myself.
Are you finding you’re feeling more fresh from the unilateral work?
