Nope. Those three weeks of GM were the first thing I've done from the Mass book. I will say that the biggest and strongest I've ever been, I was lifting 4 days a week on an Upper/Lower split. So of the stuff in the book it's probably closest to Mass. But I was doing stuff like, Saturdays were back squat day and I'd do a 1.5-2 hour workout of back squats. And then on Sunday I'd do seated overhead press and pull-ups and some arm stuff. And I was doing zero conditioning work and a completely sedentary job, so getting up Sunday morning and barely being able to move your legs wasn't that big a deal. Not a program I'd recommend to people who post on here.mikhou wrote:

Thanks for the response. The strongest I've ever been is running Zulu (even moreso than Op), hence the reason that I'm looking at GM as opposed to MT.VenomousCoffee wrote:Nope.
