It's a bit strange because week 3 is an absolute vacation compared to the other two. At least that's how I found it.
Have you run Mass? If so, how did it compare to GM? I ask because I've actually done better on Zulu than Op. 2x per week seems to work better for me.

Nope. Those three weeks of GM were the first thing I've done from the Mass book. I will say that the biggest and strongest I've ever been, I was lifting 4 days a week on an Upper/Lower split. So of the stuff in the book it's probably closest to Mass. But I was doing stuff like, Saturdays were back squat day and I'd do a 1.5-2 hour workout of back squats. And then on Sunday I'd do seated overhead press and pull-ups and some arm stuff. And I was doing zero conditioning work and a completely sedentary job, so getting up Sunday morning and barely being able to move your legs wasn't that big a deal. Not a program I'd recommend to people who post on here.

Thanks for the response. The strongest I've ever been is running Zulu (even moreso than Op), hence the reason that I'm looking at GM as opposed to MT.
