The left thumb is finally getting strength back after the sprain last year, and I feel like how I’ve written this block up can be used for longer term training, though I’ll confirm that after a couple of cycles. Pretty happy with how things are coming together. It’s a good day.

Note: I overtook the guy in the video on a few occasions, I think I did only about 10-15 more than the 200, felt pretty comfortable, challenged but not unmanageable, held position well throughout. The last couple of blocks of training are doing something right, I’m starting to feel much sharper all around, I think the 3/1 principle has a bit to do with it, among a couple of other things. Really am loving how everything is feeling right now.
