Core Workout
So, it's "hills" because I used TB2's track sub recommendation for Bloody Lungs for Apex Hills (because I'm in Florida). But then when I got home I realized I might as well have done Buffalo Laps, so I think that's what I'll start doing. Also, today I learned I need to start doing more core work.
