Continuing to work through an LP.
BP (subbed push-ups) / DL / DB rows / Ab wheel (2x5)
KB swings - 2 x 5,10,15, 20 (8,15,23,30 seconds rest, respectively)

BP has been killing my shoulder so I did push-ups today. About a year ago this same thing happened and I laid off of it for months then I started very light and worked back up. Now that I'm somewhat heavy with BP again (for me anyway), it's hurting again. I think I'm going to have to give up on BP and just stick with OHP (which is fine), but I'll still get some push-ups in to work the horizontal push. (I know. I know. KB says that planes of movement don't matter, but I really do feel better when I work multiple planes. Maybe it's all in my head.)

I gave up BP for good for the sake of shoulders. Getting older has it’s own rules.. but i am rediscovering varieties of pushups and unilateral work now. That does help..
Cheers!

Thanks, bark. Yeah, I think you and I are around the same ago. I'm 46yo. I'm thinking that I'm going to move away from BP completely. I'm not a powerlifter so it's not entirely necessary for me to BP.

I’m 50.. honestly, keeping safe steady training is priority. Being active and injury free is goal..
