My cheat day was Saturday, and I overdid it because the 4th. Look and feel just too big today, bloated and 'ugh.' Going to back way off on the cheat foods the rest of the summer. I'm posting this in the hopes that saying it in public will make me hold myself to it.

Note to self, subbed WPU at 35lbs for PU from last block

Read Pavel Tstatouline's Quick and Dead and was very intrigued. Going to start it in the morning. Plan is to do it first thing in the morning on my lifting days (starting next week, trial run tomorrow and Friday I think).
