DB Swings/Push Ups Ladder
15/5 09:40 min (DB weight 32kg)
I increased the Ladder to 15/5 reps with an heavier DB...now the goal is 20/10 under 10 min!

Hollow Body Holds/Push Ups

I really wanted to try a pure calisthenics conditioning workout, as BW strength is my main focus...Push Ups and Core were a solid session, i’ll repeat this workout on Saturday!
