Not that the weights are heavy, but I'm glad that I started this GM cycle at a 90% TM so that I can get used to the volume.
I've also been playing with the movement resets in Original Strength, both as a warm-up and in between sets. My mobility was already good so I'm can't say that I have noticed a huge difference, but I'm going to keep doing them this entire cycle and likely one more to see if I notice anything different. The one thing I'll say is that the crawling has gotten more coordinated and smooth the more I do it, but I think that's more a function of practice and not necessarily an improvement in overall movement.
