Push Ups 50
DB Rear Lunges 20kg 50 (25 p/s)
Ring Rollouts 10 + 40 Lying leg raises
Ring Rows 50
Band Good Mornings 50

Note: with the 3 sets of 50 coming up next week, I may swap out the good mornings for lying back extensions and strictly just use lying leg raises, just so time doesn’t blow out. Good session.

About two hours

Note: stuck to the skating the bowl, body felt great the whole time, didn’t notice the hip at all. Plus it was nice to try some new wheels out. Good session.

Note: Last set of push ups got to 40 something before a pause, still good to have the first two sets unbroken. Really enjoyed this session. A little huff and puff as well throughout which was nice.
